The September Excellerationä event will provide you with current information to ensure that your business is complying with immigration and labor laws when employing foreign nationals in the United States. In addition, this will offer a comprehensive and accurate picture of tax implications and liability issues when companies transfer personnel internationally and guide HR managers as they conduct international recruiting efforts.
Our Presenter
Larry Lebowitz, Esquire, Cohen & Grigsby. Mr. Lebowitz serves as Director of the Immigration Group at Cohen & Grigsby in their Pittsburg, PA office and is a member of the International Business Group. Previously he served as vice president of marketing for Cohen & Grigsby from 2000 to 2007. In addition, Larry is an adjunct professor of immigration law at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and the Duquesne University School of Law.
